By downloading, installing, or using Squintle, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You may use Squintle anonymously with limited features, or sign in with Apple or Google to access the full experience (daily challenges, PvP, friends, leaderboards). If you create a profile, you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not impersonate others or use offensive usernames. Usernames are filtered for inappropriate content and must be between 3 and 20 characters, using only letters and numbers.

All game images, puzzles, and content within Squintle are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content. User-generated content is limited to usernames and profile photos, which must comply with our acceptable use policy.
Squintle Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription available in weekly, monthly, and annual plans. Key terms:
Free users have daily play limits: 1 daily challenge, 5 casual games, 2 PvP matches, and 2 friend challenges per day. Squintle Pro subscribers have unlimited access to all game modes. Free users earn XP at a reduced rate compared to Pro subscribers.
We reserve the right to ban accounts, remove content, invalidate scores, or take other action against users who violate these terms. Banned users may submit an appeal through the in-app banned screen. We review appeals and may reinstate accounts at our discretion.
You can permanently delete your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This action requires typing "DELETE" to confirm and is irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled when you delete your account — you must cancel your subscription separately through Apple before deleting.
Squintle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, rankings, or in-app purchases resulting from technical issues, account deletion, or service changes.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
